Each Family Profile has ONE Primary User, one Secondary User, and can have multiple Read-Only Users.
The Secondary & Read-Only Users have view-only access. They can ONLY:
-
- View their own user details
- View results for the athlete
- They can NOT:
- See primary details
- Register/Nominate
- Make any changes to the account.
Additional points:
- Both the primary and secondary contacts on the family account receive emails and have full visibility of the account.
- Emails sent directly from the Centre or State should reach both primary and secondary contacts. However, system-generated emails—such as confirmations, nomination invites, etc.—are typically sent only to the primary email listed on the family account. Unfortunately, these automated emails cannot be sent to both contacts.
- Read-only users can view the account but will not receive emails.
- A family account requires one primary and one secondary user (and can only have one of each) - The Secondary User acts as the first point of call if the Primary User is unavailable.
