Best way to do get your new families into ResultsHQ is the following.
1. Go to Communication - Communicate
2. Select the current season
3. Refine your Families
4. Highlight all members on the list
5. Copy the content from below into your content in the communicate area
6. Put a subject on it
7. Send to your members
Basically, you will ask the users to go to the I've Forgot my password link. Put in their email that they received the email on. And then it will send them their password.

If you can not remember your password go here and put in your username - https://resultshq.com.au/login/forgotpassword
You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

To view and access your results this year here is what you need to do:
- Visit www.resultshq.com.au
1. Key in your registered email and password if you know them
2. If you do not know your password click https://resultshq.com.au/login/forgotpassword
- Enter your registered email address, and ask for your password to be sent to you
- Receive your password at the registered email address
- Enter details at www.ResultsHQ.com.au
3. If you do not know your registered email address contact your centre
