This season, we've noticed an increase in the number of emails regarding login issues with ResultsHQ.
Main Issue:
The majority of these issues are related to users not verifying their email address - When setting up an email address, Timing Solutions sends a verification email. If this step hasn’t been completed, the account is not recognised in ResultsHQ, preventing users from logging in or resetting their password.
If you haven't verified your account yet, please check your spam or trash folders for the verification email. If you're unable to find it then try logging in to ResultsHQ with your email and any random password and it will resend the verification link again to your email. If you're still unable to find it, please contact us at support@timingsolutions.com.au for assistance.
Other common reasons for login issues include:
Work email addresses: Company firewalls sometimes block emails from Timing Solutions. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Duplicate profiles: This occurs when users register (with a third-party registration provider) with one email address but use a different one for ResultsHQ. If this applies to you, please contact us at support@timingsolutions.com.au with both email addresses, along with the one you’d like as the primary. Also include the full names and DOBs of your athletes. Due to high volumes, processing this may take up to 3 business days.
