State Results Export

• States can export their results at any time from ResultsHQ.
• Although results can be exported on a per-season basis, all historical data stored in ResultsHQ is accessible.
• Please note: Not all Centres have utilised ResultsHQ in all previous years, so some data in the earlier years at a state level may be incomplete. 
• Results can be exported by Age, Gender, Region, Centre, Season, Date, Event category and Event - see below. 

Instructions for Exporting Data

1. Go to your State Portal home page and select "State Results" - see below 
2. Select Filters: Please choose the necessary filters for your export. To export all season results to date, simply leave all fields set to ‘All’ and ensure the season filter is correctly applied.
3. Export Process: Due to the potentially large size of the export, it may not be possible to preview the data on the screen. Exports will be processed in the background and may take several minutes to complete. Once the export is finished, you will receive an email notification sent to your logged-in email address.
4. Large Exports: If the report contains more than 100,000 rows, a secondary file will be generated. All files related to a query will be provided in a single zip file, accessible via the same export link.
5. Link Expiry: The download link will expire in 5 days. Please ensure you save the export if you wish to refer to it later.
