1. Email Address in footer of website - this comes from the Centre Options area in ResultsHQ - Setup - Profile Details - Centre Admin Email

2. Phone number on footer of website - this comes from the Centre Options area in ResultsHQ - Settings - Centre Admin Phone Number

3. Physical Location on website footer - this comes from the Centre Options area in ResultsHQ - Settings - Centre Physical Address
