Current season results - Family Portal

When a family logs into their Family Portal, the homepage displays the most recent results for athletes who are active in a Centre for the current season, while the calendar page shows all results for those athletes in that Centre and season to date.

Achievement Books are also available for viewing and saving as a PDF.

These Results & Achievement Books will remain accessible throughout the current season until the Centre rolls over to prepare for the new season.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the Centre has rolled over to a new season, Achievement Books will no longer be accessible.

While a Centre can generate a historical results report, they would need to export and filter the data to make it specific to a family or athlete - that is up to each Centre. 

Prior season results - Family Portal

Historical results will only be visible in family profiles if the Centre enables the "Show All Results" option in the Athlete Portal Setup within Centre Admin.

A Centre Super User may be able to update this setting option in the Athlete Portal Setup within Centre Admin.

Centres have full control over this setting. 

The below will only be available if the Centre has enabled the "Show All Results" option in the Athlete Portal Setup within Centre Admin. 

1. Click on the results tab at the top of the screen (note if the season is rolled over this may not be available to you)

2. You will be able to see 

# 1 Current season results

# 2 button for previous seasons

Click on the Previous season's results button

3. Select your season of interest

4. Select the date of interest

5. Select the age/gender/event and see the results
