The default behaviour of RaceHQ is to load race results into the Event results relevant to their 'natural' age group.
For instance, if you have a race with 9 and 10 year olds, their race results will be loaded into a 9 and a 10 age group event in ResultsHQ, respectively.
However, there may be scenarios where you want to push all results from a race into a specific Event Age / Gender such that all the athletes in that race are available in the one Event in ResultsHQ, regardless of their age group. This is especially useful when you recognise race place points and allow athletes from younger age groups to compete with older age groups.
- Version requirements: You must be using RaceHQ - V3_24_03 or greater.

Below is a video describing the feature, and also some summary screenshots below.
- In RaceHQ 'settings' (top right corner, settings cog), select 'General'.
- As per the screen shot below enable the 'Show age and gender selection menus'
- This will enable two drop downs in your race screen; one for age group and one for gender.
- To move race results into a specific age and/or gender you must select BOTH age and gender values.
- If you do not wish to action an age/gender change you can leave these options as 'Mix'
