Here are some things to try that may resolve your issue:
- Check your computers 'Time and Date' settings. Ensure that the correct 'Region' and 'Time' are selected for your location. For safest results set these to 'auto update'.

Ensure that you have the correct username and password entered into RaceHQ:
- To confirm that you're using the correct username and password, attempt to enter these credentials into ResultsHQ (resultshq.com.au)
- If you are using incorrect credentials you will be warned about it in the login screen. You will be provided with an opportunity to reset your password -> Follow the instructions. Once you've changed your password, re-enter these credentials into RaceHQ and attempt to log in again.
