How to use this hardware:
Note: make sure you have the latest Timing Hub firmware v1.29 and RaceHQ 3.21.92 - latest
1. Startup RaceHQ with your timing hub connected
2. You have the option to say how many readers you want to be connected to the Finish Line. You also get to say if you want the readers to Beep each time the reader reads a tag and or Flash the LED on the back of the reader
3. The checkpoint section lets you select the number of units you want to be connected and also to give them a name, this name will be used in the web upload and the saved events area too.
4. When you turn the WiFi RFID reader it will appear by default in the first place on the Finish line units. If you put the mouse on it you will see reception and battery etc
5. If you want to use that device in the checkpoint and not the finish line, then click on the green blob and drag it to the checkpoint you want it to be
6. Once the green status blob is in the checkpoint spot, you should give it a name
7. When you go to the race screen, you will see the status on the screen here
8. In your race screen, you can see the Source and Type on the screen like this
