New Users
If you are unable to log in as a new user, please check the following:
❌✉️ No “Welcome” Email Received
If you haven’t received your welcome email after registering, check the following:
Possible Causes & Actions
Your Centre may not have performed a membership sync yet.
➡️Action: Either contact your Centre or wait for them to perform a sync.
The email may have been filtered to your Spam or Junk folder.
➡️Action: Check all folders in your email account.
Your email provider or organisation may have blocked the welcome email.
➡️Action: Try performing a password reset using the same email address you registered with.
🔐To reset your password:
1. Go to the Login page of the family portal "www.resultshq.com.au/login"
2. Click Trouble Logging In?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

→ Your children’s names and dates of birth
→ Your Centre name
→ The email address you registered with

✅ Unverified Accounts
If you see this message: “Account request already complete” Your account may not be verified yet.
➡️ Action: Contact support@timingsolutions.com.au and ask us to resend your verification email.
Include → Your full name
→ Your children’s names and dates of birth
→ Your Centre name
→ The email address you registered with
💡 Tip: If the automated verification email doesn’t arrive, please respond to the above email
and we will provide a direct verification link to activate your account.

👨👩👧 New Families Without User Accounts
If you’re new and haven’t created your user account yet, don’t worry - it can be done automatically. 🙌
💡 Note: This can only be actioned after the Centre has initiated a membership sync.
➡️ Action: Perform a password reset using the same email you used during registration.
🔐To reset your password:
1. Go to the Login page of the family portal "www.resultshq.com.au/login"
2. Click Trouble Logging In?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
After resetting your password, log in using your registered email and new password.

Include → Your full name

Returning Users
If you are unable to log in as a returning user, please check the following:
❌✉️ No “Welcome Back” Email?
Your email provider may have blocked it.
💡Note: This can only be actioned after the Centre has initiated a membership sync.
🧩 Step 1: Try Logging in With Your Previous Credentials
Enter the user account email and password you used last season.
🔍Then check what you can see:
1️⃣ If you can log in and see your profile:
Please update your user account email to match the one used for this year’s athlete registration.
→ (This ensures your results link correctly to your family profile.)

2️⃣ If you can log in, but can’t see historical results:
This is due to using a different email address to register that you did last season. (The email address is the key to linking families).
OR
3️⃣ If you can see historical results but no current season results
This is also due to using a different email address to register that you did last season.
First, confirm that your Centre has uploaded the current season’s results into ResultsHQ.
If they have, and you still can’t see them, please
➡️ Contact Timing Solutions Support at support@timingsolutions.com.au with the following details:
→ Your full name
→ Your children’s names and dates of birth
→ Your Centre name
→ The email address you registered with
→ A screen shot of the error message

🚫 Step 2: Can’t Log In?
If you’re unable to log in at all, try performing a password reset using the same email you used during registration.
🔐To reset your password:
1. Go to the Login page of the family portal "www.resultshq.com.au/login"
2. Click Trouble Logging In?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
💡 Tip: Check your Spam or Junk folders if you don’t see the email within a several minutes.

🔄 Registered with a Different Email?
(RevSport / GameDay / Sport80)
If you used a different email address this season compared to the last

→ Your Centre name
→ The email address you registered with

We will help merge your family profile, so you have access to all your results data.
⚠️ Important: If you have more than one little athletics athlete in your family this year, please ensure all current season registrations use the same email address before contacting us. This must be done via your registration platform.

👨👩👧 Siblings Registered with Different Email Addresses:
If siblings have been registered with different email addresses (e.g. each parent used their own), the systems will treat them as separate families. The email address is what's used to link the families together.
To link the family in ResultsHQ:
➡️ Update the Email Address in the Registration Platform - Contact your registration platform to ensure both children share the same email address in the registration platform.
- (Note - Timing Solutions cannot assist with this step as they are not the Registration provider)
➡️ Request a Sync
- Ask your Centre (or State) to perform a member sync - This will update the family email address in ResultsHQ.
➡️️ Merge in ResultsHQ
- Once the sync is complete, the Centre or family should contact Timing Solutions to merge the family in ResultsHQ, linking the siblings under one profile.
Note:
In some rare cases, the updated email address in the registration platform (as seen by the customer) does not correctly sync from Sport80 to ResultsHQ. When this occurs, any merge completed in ResultsHQ will be overridden by the next Sport80 sync.
If this happens, please contact Sport80 (or your State Office) to have them manually correct the email address being sent through the sync. Once Sport80 has resolved the issue and the data has resynced correctly, the Centre or family should contact Timing Solutions to re-merge the family in ResultsHQ.

🔐2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Not Received
If you’re not receiving your 2FA code:
➡️ Action:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Alternatively, you can use the Authenticator app instead of email-based 2FA for faster access.
➡️ Action: If you don’t have access to your 2FA code at all, contact your Little Athletics Centre to have it removed so you can set up a new one the next time you log in.
