ResultsHQ - House Points, Age Champion Carnival Setup

We are excited to offer your school the convenience of live results for your Athletics, Swimming, and Cross Country events. This feature provides real-time results, offers live house points, and identifies Age champions on the go. If you haven't booked yet, please do so here.

Steps to Enable Live Results:

New to ResultsHQ? If you're new to our platform, we'll set up a ResultsHQ profile for you. You'll receive an email to create your user profile.

Here is a video walkthrough of the system and its functions

Template Requirements: Populate and email the following templates to us for a seamless profile setup:

• Program Template download - (How To Video)
• Points Template download - (How To Video)
• Record Template (optional)

Once imported, we'll confirm the ResultsHQ ID#s for your athletes via email.

Accessing Your School Profile:

Once your school profile is set up with athletes, programs, and points, consider the following options for managing the event day efficiently.

Event Day Options:

• Numbering: Ask athletes to write their ResultsHQ ID# on their hand during roll call upon arrival.
  • Note you could print mail merged material name tags with Barcodes, colour, age, gender etc instead of texter on the hand - https://www.averyproducts.com.au/product/fabric-name-badge-labels-959170
• Editing Athlete Details: Update athlete details on the home page as needed.
• Adding Extra Athletes: Use the Members tab to add any additional athletes.

Event-Specific Guidelines:

Athletics:

• Sprint Races: Start marshals key in ResultsHQ ID# at the start line.
• Pack Races (800m, 1500m): Timed at the finish line, with ID# keyed in against their place.
• Field Results: Use paper recording sheets or the CompetitionHQ app for live recording.

Swimming:

• Timing Races: Start marshals key in ResultsHQ ID# at the start line.
• Novelty Results: Use paper recording sheets or the CompetitionHQ app for live recording.

Cross Country:

• Timing: Utilize RFID Shoelace tags for instant recording.

Points Calculation and Leaderboard:

• Points Calculation: Run points calculations to get the latest points totals.
• Leaderboard: Check house totals and age champions via the Leaderboard.

Live Results:

View live results and house points through the Live Results Hub, perfect for announcers to call out points during the event.
