💡 This can be done via the Centre by a Super User (or by the State Super User when logged into the Centre Profile).
This Support Article Covers:
1. Access the Member List
From the Centre Profile, click Members and select Member List.
You’ll be taken to a page displaying all members.
2. Edit Individual Member Details
Click on the member’s name.
You will be directed to a page with editable fields.
Make any required changes and click Update to save.
3. Edit Family Details
On the member’s page, click View Family Details.
You will be taken to the Family Details page, where basic information can be updated.
To make further changes, follow one of the Steps below:
New Users

Click Edit Family Details and update as required.
OR
Existing Users
📌 Important: Existing users have individual profiles that may need updating separately.
Click Edit User Details for each user you’d like to update.

You will be taken to a detailed page where all information for that specific user can be updated - see picture below.

Switching Primary & Secondary Contacts in ResultsHQ
At the bottom of the Family Details page, locate the section titled “Role.”
Use the dropdown menu to switch the primary and secondary contacts as required (see green section below). -
GameDay Registration Platform Users
User details can be updated in ResultsHQ, but when the Centre re-syncs, the primary and secondary contact’s first name and surname will revert to what is stored in GameDay.
It’s therefore important to also update these details in GameDay to ensure consistency.-
Note: Primary and secondary email addresses will not be updated by the GameDay sync, which may cause a mismatch of names against contact details in ResultsHQ.

RevSport / Sport80 Registration Platform Users
User details can be updated in ResultsHQ, but the Family Email address will no longer match the primary account holder details.
