A family profile typically includes:

Family Details: General information about the family, such as contact information, address, and shared preferences.

Member Information: Individual profiles for each family member, including personal details like name, date of birth etc

Users Assigned to the Account:
- Primary User: Holds full access to view and edit information across the family profile and can manage other users.
- Secondary User: Has moderate access, typically able to view details but may have restricted permissions compared to the primary user.
- Read-Only User: Limited to viewing information within the family profile without editing rights.
If the primary contact loses access to their email account, centre/ state can log into their account and update it for them.

CENTER SUPER USER
If you're a centre super user, these are the Fields that you can update for a family
- First Name and Surname
- Date of Birth
- Membership Number

To edit details in a Family Account, the Centre super user must follow these steps.
1. From the centre profile click on Member list
2. You will be directed to a page displaying a list of members
3. When you click on a member's name, you will be taken to the page below, which contains editable fields. Click Update to save changes.
4. To edit Family details the user can click on view family details from the above screen
5. You'll be directed to this page, where you can update family basic details, to further update and edit , click on Edit family details
6. Which will lead you to this page which has in detail information about the user
7. Click Duty roster will allow you to update or delete duties assigned
PRIMARY ACCOUNT USER
As the primary account holder, you have the ability to modify certain fields within the profile. You can also add or remove additional accounts and manage secondary users within the family profile.
If a primary user loses access to their email address and can no longer log in, they should contact the support team or centre administrator for assistance.
If a secondary contact loses access to their email address and can no longer log in, they should contact the primary user, support team or centre administrator for assistance.

To edit details in your Primary Account, you must follow these steps.
1. From your family account click on your name with the arrow pointing downwards
2. Then click on family profile
3. You’ll see the profiles with access to your family account, but you’ll only be able to edit your own primary profile by clicking the edit button
4. Once you click edit you are able to edit the follow information
5. Subscriptions and passwords could also be changed
To edit member details the user must follow the below steps
1. First click on the edit button on the member profiles
2. The following details can be edited, and changes can be saved by clicking the save button
STATE USERS
The state user has access to view family and member details with limited edit functionality. They can access these details through the search or member report features within the Centre Management area. This setup allows them to view essential information while ensuring that only specific fields are editable, maintaining the integrity and security of the data.

To edit member/ family details, you must follow these steps.
1.From your state account click on centre management
2. Then click on member report for the centre
3. You can click on the Members nameor Surname to access family details
4. I clicked on the member's name, Abigail, to view her details.
5. Clicking on family details allows me to edit her details as shown below
6. The edit family details page allows to change primary and secondary contact details as follows
A centre can also search up the family through
1. Clicking on the search icon
2. Adding their name on any field here
3. Helps to locate the family and the same process could be repeated which is mentioned in point 4
