Having trouble logging in to your ResultsHQ Centre account? Your Centre Super User or State Office can usually verify who you are and fix the issue straight away. This is often much quicker than contacting Timing Solutions, as we must first verify your identity.

🔒Account Not Verified
Your account has been created, but it hasn't been verified yet.
🔎 What might be causing this?
- The verification email went to Spam, Junk or Promotions.
- Your Centre or workplace email provider blocked the email.
- You're checking a different email address from the one registered to your account.
- The verification link has expired.
Steps to Resolve
🟢 1. Try this first
Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
Make sure you're checking the email address registered to your ResultsHQ account.
Found the email? → Click the verification link and log in.
Can't find it? → Move to Step 2.
🔵 2. Ask your Centre Super User
Your Centre Super User can check your email address and resend the verification email.
💡 This is usually the quickest way to get back in!
You can send them the User Management Support Article for step-by-step instructions.
No Super User available? → Move to Step 3.

🟣 3. Contact your State Office
Your State Office can access your Centre and take the same steps as a Super User.
This is also the best option if you are the Centre Super User and don't have another user who can help.

🔒 Account Locked
Your account can become locked after several incorrect password attempts.
🔎 What might be causing this?
- Several incorrect password attempts in a row.
- An old or saved password is being automatically entered by your browser.
- You're trying to log in with a different email address from the one on your account.

Steps to Resolve
🟢 1. Try this first
A password reset will unlock your account.
- Go to centreadmin.resultshq.com.au
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Enter your login email.
- Follow the password reset instructions.
Reset email arrived? → Set your new password and log in.
Can't find it? → Check your Spam/Junk folder, then move to Step 2.
🔵 2. Ask your Centre Super User
Your Centre Super User can check your email address and send you a password reset.
You can send them the User Management for step-by-step instructions.

📱 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Your password is accepted, but you can't complete the verification step.
🔎 What might be causing this?
- The email code went to Spam, Junk or Promotions.
- The code is taking a few minutes to arrive.
- You've requested a new code, which means the previous code is no longer valid.
- Your Centre or workplace email provider is blocking the code.

You've changed phones, reinstalled your authenticator app or lost access to your device.
Steps to Resolve
🟢 1. Try this first
If you're waiting for an email code:
- Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
- Wait a few minutes for the code to arrive.
- Always use the most recent code.
- If the timer expires, log in again and request a new code.
Code arrived? → Enter it before the timer expires and log in.
💡 If email codes are consistently delayed or blocked, consider using an authenticator app instead. Codes are generated on your phone and don't rely on email.

Lost access to your authenticator app or device? → Move to Step 2.
🔵 2. Ask your Centre Super User
Your Centre Super User can remove your 2FA.
Once it's removed, log in as normal and you'll be prompted to set up 2FA again.

🟣 3. Contact your State Office
Your State Office can access your Centre and remove your 2FA for you.
This is also the best option if you are the Centre Super User and don't have another user who can help.

You can usually fix Centre user login issues yourself — without contacting Timing Solutions.

Go to Setup → User Management and find the user's account.
⚠️ Before changing 2FA or verificationThese settings help protect your Centre's data. Make sure the request genuinely came from the account holder before removing 2FA or marking an account as verified.

👥Doing this for several users at once?
Tick the checkbox on each row and use the bulk action bar — it offers Send Password Reset, Resend Verification, and Mark Verified / Mark Unverified across your whole selection. Full instructions are in the User Management article.
