🥇Season PBs
A Season PB (Season Personal Best) represents the best performance an athlete has achieved in a specific event during the current season. Each athlete can have only one Season PB per event.
It is recommended to recalculate Season PBs at the end of the season to ensure that any missed or newly recorded performances are correctly reflected.

🏆 Records
Please ensure that all potential records are finalised, as this process cannot be completed once the season has rolled over. For more information, refer to the following support article:

📊 Points Calculations
Little Athletics encourages athletes to focus on improving their own performances and celebrating personal progress.
Further information on how points are calculated can be found here:

📘 Achievement Books
The Achievement Book is a visually engaging way to showcase an athlete’s performances and profile throughout the season. It is available to families through the Family Portal and provides athletes with a clear, easy-to-read booklet that highlights their performances across the season.
Please remember to encourage parents to download or print their athlete’s Digital Achievement Book before the season rollover.

🧑💼 Managing Your ResultsHQ User List
To keep your ResultsHQ user list current and secure, it’s important to remove users who will not be returning next season. Regularly reviewing your user list helps safeguard member information and reinforces strong data security practices.

🛠️ Off-Season Hardware Care
The off-season is the perfect opportunity to protect and maintain your equipment so it’s ready to go for next season.
We recommend:
Store all hardware in a cool, dry location to maximise its lifespan.
If you use PVC gates, avoid prolonged exposure to heat, as this can distort the tubing and potentially affect timing accuracy.
Remove all batteries from devices (gates, start devices, speakers/horns). Batteries can leak during storage and damage the hardware.
If using rechargeable batteries, remove them from the gates and keep them periodically charged during the winter months.
Leave RFID readers and clocks connected to power while in storage.
If any equipment requires servicing or maintenance, the off-season is the ideal time to organise this and avoid interruptions during the season:
