🔹 Types of Users
Each Family Profile has ONE Primary User, one Secondary User, and can have multiple Read-Only Users.
The Secondary & Read-Only Users have view-only access. They can ONLY:
-
- View their own user details
- View results for the athlete
- They can NOT:
- See primary details
- Register/Nominate
- Make any changes to the account.
Additional points:
- Both the primary and secondary contacts on the family account receive emails and have full visibility of the account.
- Only the primary user can make changes to the account.
- A family account can have only one primary and one secondary user.
- Read-only users can view the account but will not receive emails.
- Emails sent directly from the Centre or State should reach both primary and secondary contacts.
- System-generated emails - such as confirmations, nomination invites, etc.- are typically sent only to the primary email listed on the family account. Unfortunately, these automated emails cannot be sent to both contacts.

âť“ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What happens if the primary user refuses to add another parent/user to the account?
Due to privacy regulations, TS can only add users once the Centre has contacted us in writing to confirm they’ve verified the person's identity and relationship to the child, and that the primary contact has been informed.
Once this process is complete, there are two possible ways you may be able to access your child's results:
- As a secondary contact – if there is currently no secondary user on the account.
- As a read-only user – if a secondary contact already exists.
Read-only access is a simple way to view your child’s results without affecting the current secondary contact.
Please note: Even if read-only access is granted, the primary account holder has the ability to remove users at any time.
