STATE SET UP
Steps – Enabling Sync for Centres (This is only available for the State)
Since Centres roll over and start their seasons at different times, it is recommended to enable the sync individually rather than for all Centres at once.
Steps to Enable Sync:
- Log in to State Admin and navigate to Centre Management.
- Scroll down to the Centre you want to manage
- Important: Confirm that the Centre has rolled over to the new season. (If the sync is enabled before rollover, new members will sync into the previous season, and new members who were synced in the prior season will appear as returning in the new season).
- Click Action, then select Centre Details.
- Change the Allow Member Sync option from No to Yes - see **screenshot below
- Ensure 'Timing Solutions Registrations' is set to OFF.
- Click Save
Once enabled, the Centre will be able to initiate the sync process.
Support Materials for Centres
To support this process, it's recommended that support materials created by Timing Solutions is shared with all Centres. This will help them navigate the new steps required at the Centre level.
