Steps – Enabling Sync for Centres (This is only available for the State) 

Steps to Enable Sync:

• Log in to State Admin and navigate to Centre Management.
• Scroll down to the Centre you want to manage
• Important: Confirm that the Centre has rolled over to the new season. (If the sync is enabled before rollover, new members will sync into the previous season, and new members who were synced in the prior season will appear as returning in the new season). 
• Click Action, then select Centre Details.
• Change the Allow Member Sync option from No to Yes - see **screenshot below
• Ensure 'Timing Solutions Registrations' is set to OFF.
• Click Save

Steps to Enable or Disable Sync for Multiple Centres:

• Log in to State Admin and navigate to Centre Management.
• Locate the Bulk Sync Update section above the Centre list.
• Select the Centres you want to update:
  • Tick the checkbox beside each Centre individually, or
  • Tick the checkbox in a region's table header to select all Centres in that region, or
  • Click Select All to select every Centre in the list — click it again to clear the selection.
    Important: Confirm that each selected Centre has rolled over to the new season before enabling sync. (If sync is enabled before rollover, new members will sync into the previous season, and new members synced in the prior season will appear as returning in the new season.) The Season column shows each Centre's current season — see screenshot below.
• Set the Allow Sync dropdown:
  • Select YES to allow member sync for the selected Centres.
  • Select NO to stop member sync for the selected Centres.
• Click Save next to the dropdown.
• A confirmation message is displayed showing how many Centres will be updated — see screenshot below. Click OK to apply, or Cancel to stop.
• The Member Sync would be updated to each selected Centre.
