Best Performance Certificates Enhancement

Summary of Enhancement

Best Performance Certificates have always been accessible for the Centre to view and print individually or as a group. With this new enhancement, Centres can now choose whether to make these certificates available in their families' portals.

Steps for Centres to Enable Certificates in the Family Portal

• Who can enable this feature?

          This feature can be enabled by Super Users within the Centre.

• How to enable certificates

  1. Log into Centre Admin

  2. Click on "More.."

  3. Select "Family Area Setup" (see below)

  4. Tick "Show Best Performance Certificate" (see below)

Steps for families to view their certificates

Once the certificates are enabled by the Centre, families can easily view them by following these steps

1. Log into your family portal

2. Click on the Certificates Tab (see below)

3. Select the Print Icon, Right Click or CTRL P to View and/or Print (see below)

4. To download, simply select Print, and "Save to PDF" as the printer option   

The certificates will be available for viewing and can be downloaded or printed as needed.

Please Note: Please be aware that if your Centre decides not to enable this option, some families may reach out for clarification, particularly as other Centres have chosen to make it available.
