Getting started is quick and structured:
Create a Regional Profile in ResultsHQ (via Timing Solutions)
Configure the full Meet: e.g. set up the various events (100m, long jump etc) by age groups and gender
Set entry fees securely using our online payments platform
Invite athletes and Centres to participate, all from the Regional Profile
Nominations can be restricted to specific requirements - for example, minimum attendance and/or performance requirements.
2. Flexible & Live Athlete Nominations 📩
ResultsHQ makes athlete nominations easy and transparent:
Athletes can be invited to nominate for events once fees are configured in ResultsHQ.
Nominations can be submitted by parents or Centres.
Fees are automatically collected and distributed by Timing Solutions..
State and regional administrators can monitor nominations live.
Nominations can remain open right up until the event if required.
Adjustments can be made up until the actual event is run.
Non-attending athletes can be removed to ensure clean and accurate start lists.
This flexibility allows organisers to track live nominations and easily manage changes up until the event!

If your meet includes a points system, ResultsHQ can automatically calculate and manage event points - eliminating manual calculations and reducing errors.
Personal Bests & Records from the regional event will be captured in ResultsHQ and visible to athletes and families.
5. Instant Visibility to Centres & Families 👨👩👧👦
Live Sharing Optional🔗: Results can be shared via an optional live results link upon request for an additional fee.
All results are automatically published to athlete profiles.
Centres and families can view results directly within their Centre or Family Profiles.
