Non-Little Athletics / Senior Athletes Pricing

• ResultsHQ is available for use by any Clubs or Centres outside of "Little Athletics".

• It supports athletes of all ages.

• It can also combine Little Athletics and Senior Athletics profiles, making it easy to run shared events.

• The current ResultsHQ fee is $8.80 (including GST) per athlete per season (e.g., summer or winter season, with cross-country priced separately).

• The current Nomination fee is $0.88 (including GST) + a transaction processing fee of 2.00% + $0.30 per athlete, per meet - see below for further information on Nominations. 

• Please note: this fee is expected to increase in 2027.

   

Follow these steps:

• You need Little Athletics CentreAdmin access.
• You need Senior Athletics CentreAdmin access (we may need to set this up if it’s a new profile) 
• Provide Timing Solutions with a copy of your senior athletes using this template
  •  
    • (Only mandatory fields: First Name, Surname, DOB, Age, Gender, and Username/Email).
• Timing Solutions will import your senior athletes for you - email support@timingsolutions.com.au
• Create your first meet date and set up events for senior athletes to be invited to.
• Invite the senior/new profile to the meet by following these steps
• You then pull across your senior athletes to the Little Athletics CentreAdmin
• Now you have a copy of your senior athletes in your Litle Athletics profile, to let you run as a combined centre
• Kindly submit these details at least 3 days prior to the event.

Now, you’ll have a copy of your senior athletes in your Little Athletics profile, allowing you to run as a combined centre.

Note: If a senior athletics profile is not yet set up, Timing Solutions will do this for you.

The charge for senior/non-little athletics athletes is currently $8.80 (including GST) per athlete per season (e.g. the summer season or winter season, with cross-country priced separately)

Nominations

🏅 The Nomination Feature in ResultsHQ is an advanced feature that allows Centres and/or athletes (and their families) to nominate directly into a meet - or into specific events within a meet - through the ResultsHQ platform.

It eliminates manual data handling, reduces administration time, and improves athlete data accuracy.

Results can then be recorded directly within ResultsHQ and automatically made visible to athletes and families, while seamlessly supporting participation across multiple Centres.

• A meet refers to a specific event date. Although multiple events (e.g., 100 m, long jump, etc.) may take place during a meet, each athlete is charged only once per meet on that date, regardless of how many events they enter.

Come & Try Sessions

Athletes who are not included within the Little Athletics State Contracts will incur the standard fee if they are required to be entered into the ResultsHQ Platform, irrespective of how long they participate.

Please note

• Little Athletics athletes are covered under the state contract with Timing Solutions.

• Senior athletes participating at Little Athletics clubs must be nominated and invited into the Little Athletics Centre, rather than uploaded as a member of that centre. This ensures that the Little Athletics State view includes only Little Athletics athletes.
